NEW VOLUNTEER APPLICATION FORM 2024

Thanks for taking the time to apply to volunteer at Warwick Folk Festival 2024.

We are excited to be returning to our fantastic festival site below Warwick Castle, and pleased that you would like to join the team.

IF YOU HAVE VOLUNTEERED FOR US SINCE 2018 YOU WILL ALREADY  BE REGISTERED ON THE SYSTEM – PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS FORM!
We have automatically sent update forms to all registered volunteers – if your email has changed then you may not have received it.
Please contact us by email (volunteers@warwickfolkfestival.co.uk) to advise your new email address and we will resend your personal form.

All volunteers require a photo, which should be attached to your application, making sure it clearly shows your face (preferably smiling) without any shadows or reflections and preferably on a plain, light coloured background.

Brief Job Descriptions for the various volunteering  roles can be found on the website – do let us know which roles you prefer.

Rota preparation starts in April, and availability of roles will be limited for later applications, but we do our best to accommodate preferences.

What happens next?

You will receive an automatic confirmation when your application is received.
Rotas are sent out 4 weeks prior to the festival.
Any additional passes required (eg. Early Access) will be sent around 15th July.
